Refund policy

In-stock items
You can return an in-stock item within 30 days after you receive it. Send it back unworn and in the same condition as you received it, with proof of purchase and, if possible, the original packaging. If an item shows wear beyond what is necessary to check it, we can reduce the refund by the lost value.

Made-to-order items
We make some pieces only after you order them. The product page tells you when an item is made to order. Made-to-order items are final sale.

If you live in the EU or EEA, you can still return a made-to-order piece from our standard designs within 14 days after you receive it. This includes rings made in the size you choose.

Custom and personalised pieces cannot be returned. These are pieces that we design or change for you, or engrave. We confirm this with you before we start work.

Sale items and gift cards
Sale items are final sale. If you live in the EU or EEA, you can return a sale item within 14 days after you receive it. Gift cards cannot be returned.

How to return an item
Before the return period ends, email us at hello@odd-jewelry.com or send us the withdrawal form below. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please contact us before you send an item back.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Please check your order when you receive it. If an item is faulty, damaged or wrong, contact us immediately and we will make it right. Your legal rights for faulty items always apply, also to made-to-order, custom and sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you have. When we accept the return, place a new order for the new item.

Refunds
When we receive and check your return, we tell you if we approve the refund. We refund approved returns to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the item. Your bank or card company can need some more time to post the refund.

Withdrawal form (EU and EEA customers)
Complete and return this form only if you want to withdraw from the contract.
